  • Before submitting a maintenance request, please visit our Maintenance Troubleshooting Guide for easy fixes to common problems as well as helpful information to include in your request.

    To submit a maintenance request, please login to your resident portal account and click “Request Maintenance” on your Dashboard.

  • If you do not hear back within one business day, please call 503.287.4346 and speak with Claire Siep or Lizzy Kinsman. You may also email customerservice@capitalpdx.com directly.

    Please contact the Maintenance Department at 503.287.4346 for status updates on previously submitted maintenance requests.

  • The following events constitute an emergency:

    • Fire (please call 911 before contacting our office)

    • Break-ins/theft (please call 911 before contacting our office)

    • Flooding

    • Loss of heat

    • Cracked pipes

    • Lock-outs

    The Maintenance Department is available 24-hours a day for emergencies only, including lockouts. To contact a Maintenance Technician after hours or on weekends, please call our main office at 503.287.4346, then dial Option 1. Your call will be routed to an answering service, and a Maintenance Technician will respond promptly.

  • Ensure you adhere to your building's pet policy by checking its portfolio page.

    Then fill out the Pet Request Form.

    Once complete, it will automatically be submitted for review. Please note that pet rent is $25 per month, per pet.
