As of March 2020, Capital regularly updates residents on all issues related to COVID-19 with periodic emails regarding rent, cleaning, and on-site recommendations for staying safe.

We ask that residents be particularly mindful in common areas of your apartment with the following actions:

  • Keep a safe distance of six feet away from others when using the laundry, trash, recycling, mail, or other common areas.
  • Wait until your neighbor has completed their common area task before entering the area if it’s too small to accommodate the six-foot recommendation.
  • Consider doing common area tasks during off hours.
  • Limit elevators to one household at a time.
  • Regularly wash your hands before and after using common areas.
  • Learn and follow all the CDC’s guidelines for how to protect yourself & others from coronavirus.

If you or anyone living in your household have tested positive for COVID-19, please notify emma@capitalpdx.com or call 503.287.4346. This information will be treated with the highest confidentiality.

Please contact the Maintenance Department at 503.287.4346 for status updates on previously submitted maintenance requests.

The following events constitute an emergency:

  • Fire (please call 911 before contacting our office)
  • Break-ins/theft (please call 911 before contacting our office)
  • Flooding
  • Loss of heat
  • Cracked pipes
  • Lock-outs

The Maintenance Department is available 24-hours a day for emergencies only, including lockouts. To contact a Maintenance Technician after hours or on weekends, please call our main office at 503.287.4346, then dial Option 1. Your call will be routed to an answering service, and a Maintenance Technician will respond promptly.
