To initiate the process of adding a pet to your lease, please:

Send a photo of your pet and/or additional documentation to leasefromus@capitalpdx.com

Requests will not be considered complete unless we have received a photo of your pet and/or any additional documentation.

Once our team has reviewed your request, we will contact you at the provided email address with more information. Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet.
